Character replies are generated by AI. If you see something inappropriate, long-press the message in the chat and choose Report; posts in the feed and the story screen have a report option too. We review every report.
Restoring purchases / new phone
Sign in with your email under Me in the app to restore your progress and membership on a new device. App Store / Google Play purchases can be restored with “Restore purchases” in the shop.
Cancelling a subscription
iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
Web version: Membership › Cancel subscription, or email us.
Deleting your account
In the app: Me › Delete account. Or verify with your sign-in email on the account deletion page.
