删除后，你的账号、云存档、与角色的对话、上传的图片、推送令牌、设备记录与广告归因记录会被永久清除，无法恢复；会员与剩余心动币一并作废。订单与交易流水按财税法规要求去标识化后保留，不再能关联到你。
打开 App ›「我的」›「删除账号」。游客账号（没绑邮箱）只能用这种方式。
发送邮件至 michaelzhao1228@gmail.com，写明账号邮箱，我们会在核实后删除并回信确认。
通过 App Store 或 Google Play 购买的订阅由商店管理，删除账号不会停止扣费，请先在系统的订阅设置里取消：iPhone「设置」› 你的名字 ›「订阅」；Android：Google Play ›「付款和订阅」›「订阅」。网页版的自动续费会在删除时一并为你取消。

Deleting your account permanently removes your account, cloud saves, conversations with characters, uploaded images, push token, device records and attribution records. This cannot be undone, and any membership time and remaining coins are forfeited. Order and transaction records are de-identified and kept as tax and accounting law requires; they can no longer be linked to you.
Open the app › Me › Delete account. Guest accounts (no email linked) can only be deleted this way.
Email michaelzhao1228@gmail.com with your account email. We will delete it after verification and reply to confirm.
Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are managed by the store. Deleting your account does not stop billing — cancel first in your system subscription settings: iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions; Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Web auto-renewal is cancelled for you when you delete.
